Who we are

Ubaid Bandukra is a licensed attorney recently admitted to the New York State Bar with over 13 years of experience in negotiating and drafting real estate transactions including leases, contracts, addendums, modifications and extensions.

With a J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, where he was a Real Estate Fellow at the Mattone Family Institute for Real Estate Law, Ubaid combines academic excellence with practical expertise. His career spans over a decade as Director of Real Estate Operations at S&S Group, and currently serves as General Counsel. As Director of Real Estate Operations, he has honed his skills in contract negotiation, property management, and development coordination.
