Who we are

Ubaid Bandukra is a New York State Bar-admitted attorney specializing in estate planning, real estate, and business law. As the founder of Bandukra Law, he helps individuals, families, and business owners protect their assets, secure their legacies, and navigate complex legal matters.

Ubaid provides comprehensive estate planning solutions, including wills, trusts, and asset protection strategies, with a special focus on Islamic and traditional estate planning that aligns with both Shariah principles and U.S. law.

In addition to estate planning, Ubaid has over 13 years of experience in real estate law, handling contracts, closings, commercial leases, and property transactions. His deep understanding of real estate operations—shaped by his time as Director of Real Estate Operations at S&S Group—allows him to skillfully negotiate and structure real estate deals to protect his clients’ interests.

Ubaid also advises business owners on business formation, contract drafting, and the purchase or sale of businesses. His background in business law and real estate development provides him with a unique perspective to help clients structure their ventures strategically and effectively.

He earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, where he was a Real Estate Fellow at the Mattone Family Institute for Real Estate Law, and holds a B.S. in Operations Management from the University of Maryland - College Park. His combined legal expertise and business acumen allow him to offer practical, results-driven legal solutions tailored to his clients’ needs.
